Q: Where is your facility located?

Q: Is your facility climate controlled?
A: You bet! Our facility is fully climate controlled to help protect your belongings year-round.

Q: What is not allowed to be stored in your facility?
A: For safety and security, the following items are prohibited:
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Weapons
- Perishables
- Cash or currency
- Fireworks or explosives
- Living things (plants, animals, etc.)
- Illegal or stolen goods
- Irreplaceable valuables (identity documents, family heirlooms, etc.).
Q: How do I rent a storage unit?
A: Renting a unit is easy:
- Browse our available units online.
- Select the unit that best fits your needs and complete checkout.
- Set up your monthly subscription during checkout.
- A member of our team will provide your secure building access code and unit number.
- Visit the facility, locate your unit, and you'll find your lock and keys waiting inside.
Q: Do you have key copies?
A: No. We do not keep copies of any unit keys. You will receive all keys associated with your lock. If a key is lost and a lock needs to be removed, a $20 fee will apply for a replacement lock.
Q: Can I view a unit before renting?
A: Absolutely. Contact our team to schedule an appointment and view the facility before making your decision.
Q: How do I pay for my unit?
A: During checkout, you'll set up a recurring monthly subscription. Your payment method will be automatically charged each month on the same date your rental began.
Q: How long is my rental term?
A: As long as you'd like. Our rentals are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can manage your subscription through the customer portal or by contacting our team directly.
Q: Are there any cancellation fees?
A: Nope! There are no cancellation fees, however we request a minimum of 7 business days to cancel to ensure your next payment will not be processed. Your access code will be removed after the last day of your rental, so please have all your belongings removed on time.
Q: What happens if my payment is declined?
A: If a payment is declined, your facility access code will be temporarily disabled until your account is brought up to date.
Accounts that remain unpaid for three consecutive months will be considered in default. In accordance with the rental agreement and applicable laws, the contents of the unit may be subject to forfeiture and disposal or sale to recover outstanding balances.
