Cancellation policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account (created during checkout) or by contacting our team directly. There are no cancellation fees. To ensure your next payment is not processed, please submit your cancellation request at least 5 business days before your upcoming billing date.

Once your subscription is cancelled, you will continue to have access to your unit until the date your next payment would have been due. After that date, your building access code will be deactivated, and access to the facility and your unit will no longer be available unless additional rental time is purchased.
